We have over 25 years’ experience of tasks relating to property management. Our area of operations encompasses Levi Fell and its environs in the Municipality of Kittilä. The majority of our customers are holiday properties and their shareholders, but we also serve office and business premises owners.

Our approach

All of our sites have a designated property manager. The manager looks after the property and serves residents with respect to both content and quality, as specified in the management agreement. Modern means of communications enable constant links with owners and the administrative bodies of companies. Continuous training ensures that knowledge and skills are up to date.

At all sites, assignments are dimensioned so that they can also be completed. Some tasks, such as extensive cleaning projects, are subcontracted as group work. For some services, such as snow ploughing and/or any yard work, we are also assisted by our established cooperation partners.
