Maintenance and Repair Services and Building
We have over 20 years of experience of property maintenance. We operate at the Levi Mountain resort in Kittilä as well as in its surroundings. Most of our clients are holiday homes and their owners but we also serve the owners of offices and business premises.
Our practice
Each of our targets has special maintenance person taking care of the property and serving the clients to the standards stated in the maintenance agreement made with them. Modern communication methods enable efficient communication with the property owners and the administrative organs. Continuous training ensures that our skills and knowledge are up-to-date.
In all our targets, we plan our timetables carefully to make sure that we can also finish the work in time. Some of the work, spring cleaning, for instance, is carried out by a group of subcontractors. We also use our co-operation partners to take care of jobs like plowing snow and garden care.
