OmaLomaOsake –timeshares are part of real estate companies, which are debt-free and unencumbered companies, owning the land where the cabins are. The only fee is the maintenance fee. Professional maintenance service takes care of the cabins’ condition. For rentals we have service of Rental agency, through which it is safe to rent out the weeks you don’t spend yourself.

The cabins are genuine, quality log homes, manufactured by Kontiotuote or Honka. The cabins have stylish decoration and high-class equipment.

The equipment includes for example fireplace, dishwasher, washing machine, drying cupboard, refrigerator-freezer, microwave oven, CD/DVD-player, TV etc. There is parking place with car heater possibility for every cabin. Every owner has also their own closet for their personal belongings.

The cabin is shared into six (6) shares, each of which has the right to use the cabin for one week every six weeks (8-9 weeks/year).
