KRT has been established in 1987 and is a real estate agent specializing in holiday objects in Lapland. KRT takes sales assignments in area of Fell-Lapland and offers real estate companies management and accountant services. KRT Rental & Service offers shareholders extensive maintenance services and a safe way to rent out weeks that they don’t use by themselves.
KRT Rental & Service also gives shareholders extra service by renting snowmobiles, bikes, ski-tickets etc, and organizing activities, like snow mobile safaris.
KRT is an expert in timeshares and holiday living. If you wish, we can build for you a turnkey house according to your wishes.
KRT-Välitys Oy LKV is a family-run company, whose managing director is Tuuli Toivanen LKV. She is also in charge of the rental service in Levi. Antonio Carmona is in charge of the maintenance service. Responsible for housing management, sales of timeshares and construction management is Risto Toivanen LKV.
